Project Introduction
PromHub is a prompt engineering tool and community sharing platform with two core functions: (1) Prompt Engineering Tool: AI-powered prompt optimization and template system for Text, Image, and Video generation tasks; (2) Prompt Database: A community-driven platform where users can submit, browse, search, and vote on prompts. Our platform supports multiple languages (English, Chinese, Japanese) and implements AI content moderation to ensure community safety.
BYOK Mode - Maximum Privacy and Security: To maximize your privacy and security, PromHub operates in "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) mode. Your API keys and prompts never leave your browser - they communicate directly with AI service providers. We do not act as an intermediary, ensuring you have complete control over your data and credentials.
What We Provide
We provide two integrated services:
Prompt Engineering Tool:
- Intelligent prompt restructuring using proven engineering techniques
- Specialized support for Text, Image, and Video generation task optimization
- Template system for reusable prompt patterns
- Multi-language output support (English, Chinese, Japanese)
- Real-time streaming responses for immediate feedback
- Secure API key management with local storage (BYOK mode)
Community Prompt Database:
- Share your prompts with the community
- Browse and search community-contributed prompts
- Vote system (upvote/downvote) to surface quality content
- Content classification by type (Text/Image/Video) and language
- AI-powered content moderation for safety
- Frequency limiting (5 submissions/hour, 50 votes/hour) to prevent abuse
Security & Privacy
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): Users can provide their own API keys (OpenRouter/OpenAI) or use our default free models. API keys are stored locally in your browser only.
IP Hashing: To prevent abuse, we hash IP addresses and track device IDs for rate limiting.
AI Content Moderation: All submitted prompts undergo AI review through OpenRouter before publication.
Data Storage: Community prompts and votes are stored in Supabase PostgreSQL database.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy and data security very seriously. For the prompt optimization tool, your API keys and prompts never touch our servers - they go directly from your browser to AI providers.
